Job Summary
Responsible for upgrades sales development. Portfolio promotion, understanding customer needs, quoting and selling, together with the Tetra Pak Market Organisations.
The position is based in Heerenveen, Netherlands.
What you will do
Manage Cheese equipment Upgrade inquiries from understanding customer needs to selling the solution in close cooperation with the Market organisations.
Make regular joint customer visits with the Services Account Manager team to foster a relationship with key customers and to provide them with Cheese Expertise.
Build up relationships with your partners in Market organisations to continually develop knowledge, skills, and confidence, while holding the team accountable for performance
Support in introduction and implementation of the Cheese equipment upgrade portfolio with Market organisations and customers.
Provide support to secure fast issue resolution and appropriate communication.
Act in a safe manner and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
We believe you have
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, automation or dairy processing engineering or similar suitable education and/or experience
Minimum 5 years relevant experience preferably in the food industry
3 years sales experience in technology industry will be a plus
Customer relationship management skills
Self-motivated individual with a strong customer focus and a desire to win
Good verbal, written & computer communication skills are essential
Fluency in written and spoken English is required
Willingness to travel as required (typically around 15-20%)
